We were thrilled to see that the Backroads Grill was open for LUNCH last weekend. We have been there before, but just want to say, we were more than happy with the food, the service and believe more people need to know you are open, if only temporarily, for lunch. We'll be back soon and thanks again for the amazing taste bud delights.

What a little gem of a place... We had the pleasure of having one of the best meals in a very long time here. It was a spontaneous moment they are always the best. I remembered the reviews here and I remembered Janet from Wild River and always loved her. We happened to be childless that night...and decided to go. From the homemade sweet garlic salad dressing, to the warm french crusty bread served with cold real butter, to the perfectly cooked Steak...I was loving every bite. The food was fantastic as was the service...Thank you Alison...for a wonderful dinner. It is clear and evident the Chef takes pride in his work, not only was everything on our plates cooked to perfection, including the fresh veggies, our plates looked like masterpieces, complete with sculptures and a flower. A Big Thank you to Backroad Grill for a great dinner. :) Oh I wish I had room for that Chocolate warm fudge cake, but I couldn't do it...next time though...that and the Oriental Chicken Salad with the sweet garlic dressing which I can't get out of my head and have already tried to duplicate...

Absolutely the BEST Filet in Southern Oregon!! It just melts in your mouth, and is always cooked to perfection. If you've never tried it, you must! One of our favorite items on the menu.

We are from New York visiting our friends in Grants Pass and they brought us to this quaint restaurant for dinner. We were impressed with the extensive menu selections and the presentation matched many of the upscale restaurants we have been to in all of our travels. The meals were excellent and the wine selection was impressive. Best of all was that the staff treated us like family. Overall a fantastic dining experience.

Spring is here and the BRG has reopened after their usual winter break. We tried one of the new additions to the menu - Yellow Finn Tuna and it was GREAT! Also, this year, now permanently on the menu - Apple Pie to die for!! Way to Go BRG!!!

I have been eating at the BRG since they opened. Every year gets better and better. I remember when Jon waited tables and now he's the Chef, and an awesome one at that. Between the mouth watering food and friendly, gracious staff, you just can't find a better place to spend an evening!
